Are you an aerospace or mechanical engineer passionate about advancing technology for wildlife conservation? Join our team and contribute to developing unmanned aerial systems dedicated to studying and safeguarding endangered species.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with our aerospace engineering team to design and optimize unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for wildlife research and conservation missions.
-Gain hands-on experience in computer-aided design (CAD) and materials science for aircraft development.
-Integrate power, propulsion, control systems, sensors, and avionics into the Eagle Ray platform to enhance performance and meet specific mission requirements.
-Represent our team in Project Trinity, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into Eagle Ray for enhanced autonomous capabilities and mission effectiveness.
-Contribute to the advancement of aerospace technology while supporting wildlife conservation efforts.
Requirements
Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of aircraft design principles and systems integration.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and modeling.
Familiarity with materials science, aerodynamics, and propulsion systems.
Interest in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), robotics, and AI applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
