About the Role

The Kashmir World Foundation (KwF) is seeking a motivated Partnership Engagement Specialist to help expand and strengthen relationships with conservation organizations, donors, educational institutions, and technology partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic relationship-building with hands-on project experience in wildlife conservation, research, and outreach.

Requirements

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves — Core Competencies

  • Exceptional communication skills — confident speaking with organizations, institutions, and professionals.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities — able to build trust, listen effectively, and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Demonstrated interest in conservation, wildlife protection, or environmental initiatives.

  • Strong research and analytical skills — able to identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities.

  • Highly organized and reliable — capable of managing multiple conversations, timelines, and deliverables at once.

  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools — Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and shared project boards.

  • Professional writing skills for emails, proposals, and outreach communications.


🔹 Preferred Skills & Experience

Strongly Beneficial —

  • Experience in partnership development, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, or community engagement.

  • Familiarity with conservation programs, scientific research initiatives, or environmental education.

  • Prior experience working with mission-driven organizations or cross-disciplinary teams.
